Congratulations to our September Hometown Strong Winner Helen Savell!

We’re thrilled to recognize our latest Hometown Strong recipient, who received a $500 check for being a positive force in our community! In true hometown spirit, she chose to split the remaining $500 of the $1,000 prize between two incredible local charities: ICARE -Izard County Rescue Effort – A dedicated animal rescue working tirelessly to save and care for our furry friends. Melbourne First Baptist Food Room – Providing essential food to those in need, ensuring no one in our community goes hungry. Each organization received $250, thanks to her kind and thoughtful choices.
