9–12 Month Clinical, Leadership, and Ownership Development Program
THIS IS NOT A JOB. THIS IS A PATHWAY TO OWNERSHIP.
Mentorship → Leadership → Partnership → Ownership
The GTS Launchpad PT Program is intentionally designed as a progressive pathway. Participants begin with structured mentorship, advance into leadership development, transition into partnership opportunities, and ultimately have the potential to achieve clinic ownership within GTS.
Mission & Core Philosophy
At GTS, our mission is to change lives—one teammate, one patient, and one community at a time.
We intentionally place teammate first, as we believe that individuals who feel fulfilled and supported in their work create better experiences for patients and stronger outcomes for the communities we serve.
We believe that fulfilled and engaged therapists lead to better patient experiences and superior clinical outcomes. For that reason, we actively support and encourage our clinicians to pursue advanced education and specialization in areas they are passionate about, allowing them to continuously grow and deliver the highest level of care.
