Our Team

Kim Hackworth is the patient care coordinator for the mountain view of GTS. Kim is a dedicated wife, Gigi, and mother of four. She enjoys spending her leisure time reading in the sun and sharing creative arts and craft activities with her daughter. Kim has 4 years’ experience as a pcc and prior home health aide experience.
