Noah McSpadden is from Melbourne Arkansas where he graduated high school in 2020. He began pursuing a degree in nursing before finding his interest in physical therapy at Arkansas State University Mountain Home. He earned his Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy in 2023. When not working, Noah enjoys spending time with his daughter, Presley, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors
